First off thank you for the help. I ordered the ARR clen /t3 combo and was reading this:

Clen/T3 Cutting Cycle...

"You can use a simple ECA stack during your off weeks in the
place of Clen if you want to help with the fat burning progress..."

If I am leaning up and losing weight would it still be wise to use ECA stack or just do the clen/t3 cycle one week one week off? Can someone provide a good example of what ECA stack to use? I read a bit on using benadryl now forgive my stupidity but Bendadryl is a pain reliever? How much benadryl should I take if I take it?

The ARR clen/t3 I see how much to take but how do I measure it as it is all oral?
