some of you may or may not do this already but i thought it would make a decent thread..

I order lions tax/clomi combo and took the first squirt and did NOT like the taste...so i went to an organic store we have in town and bought some empty gel capsules...there are two diffrent size capsules you can buy (0/00)> with the oral syringe you can pull out the liquid and very carefully fill up the cap to the desired mg....its awhole lot more convienent when you have a busy day and it takes less time....plus you can take them to work or newhere and just pop em in at anytime plus it tastes better...

Just thought i'd share....

okay, so im back with a progress report lol.....DO NOT CAP YOUR PCT unless you care going to take the caps that day...so inotherwords if you really dont like the taste then just cap it if you are going to take it within 3-4hours....after that they begin to implode...i just took some this mourning that i capped yeaterday around 1 and they were all imploded but not leaking YET..looks like im gonn up how much nolva/clomi i take today so i dont waste thoes precious mg's...
