    2 days of clen

    I am on my 2nd day taking clen i dont feel anything. i used 40mg the first day and 60 on the second. I havent been jittery. I was doing eca before and i can feel that. Should i feel something, i weigh 230lbs. Am i not taking enough or is it still to early

    Try upping the dose again. 60 is still very low. I`m on 120 right now and I can feel it lol.

    if you know what your bodys base temperature was you could always check your temp later after ingesting and see if it spikes up a degree or so thats how i monitor its effectivness after the sides wear off. i find its still working even after they subside.but like redz said up the dose another 20 to 40 mcg.

    Just like Redz and Ghettoboyd said - up the dosage and monitor your temperature. A week before my Clen cycle I measured my morning temperature to get a baseline of what my body is doing normally. I did find that in cycle on days when you don't feel the "shakes" or the internal "tremor" I knew it was working because my temperature indicated about .5 to 1 degree hotter than normal.

    I have cycled up to 120mcg now and some days I feel the sides, some days I don't - but it doesnt mean its not working (your heart rate is another measurement to use - mine is up a few BPM throughout the day).

    I used PerfectBeast2001's Clen guide and it has done me well. Give it a read.
