    Clen help please

    I am looking to possibly start some clen but i wanted some of your opinions. I am doing a triathlon in late june (motivation to do tons of cardio) and i just want to get real lean. I do cardio at LEAST 2 times a day some days 3 times, either swimming biking or running and lift as well. i have been doing this for about 2 month and i really weant to get rid of the rest of fat in the next few months. Basically would clen help me get lean as well as help me maintain the muscle mass i have?

    clen will help you toward you goal but as most will tell you your diet and cardio are what burns fat as you probably already know.clen is not gonna blow you away with its results but it dose work. if your bf% is already low then you will reap its rewards.

    Ya im at that point where the fat I have is the fat I just cant seem to get off no matter what. Because I am doing alot of cardio I have not been cutting any carbs because i dont want to lose any muscle, Any particular diet changes i should make?
