how to dose clen from ar-r

I got a bottle of clen .. I need to know how to dose it with the syringe i got from ar-r .. It is in tsp and mg form.. I read beasts faq on how to dose but i couldn't figure out how to dose at 60 mcg.. If someone could help me out that would be sweet!

To sound like a complete scientist.....

"if my studies are correct. 1ml contains 200mcg. An oral syring that had 1ml divided up into 10 equal parts, each line would represent 20mcg"

I got my clem from ar-r yesterday and looked some stuff up. The syringe I got was in mL

if I'm wrong please correct me.
