letro/nolva for Gyno

Sorry in advance if i put this in the wrong forum, first post on this site.

About 4 years ago I did a large cycle test,tren , and did the PCT with clomid i beleive. basically my friend set it up for me. no problems with any gyno or anything, just bloating which went away after about 6 months ( i did notice a lump which i researched was just estrogenic fat and went away after a couple weeks). about 2.5 months ago i started noticing a lump under my left nipple. its about the size of a nickle id say now. still sensitive and seems to be growing. I havent done anything as of recent to trigger this i dont think but im wanting to get rid of it/stop it before its too late. I read that if addressed quickly with letro and nolva it can get rid of the lump before it hardens and is permanent and will need surgery. all the forums i can find for dosing are for mid/post cycle. i was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of a dosage schedule i could take in my case.
