new to the site and new to experminting
im out in Korea right now and been lifting for about 3 months not seeing the results i want and am debating starting a cycle. Please pm me if you can help. Thanks ahead of time

3 months is not enough time for results, and this is the wrong section to post this question!.
You shouldnt even think about cycling after 3 months of training because that just means you dont know what your doing in the weight room.
You need to check out the diet and workout sections.
