They will just send a letter. I wouldn't worry about it. It just sucks that you are out the money and products. Try emailing arr. From what I've read they seem to work with customers real well.

I have order twice from ar-r in the last 3 months and had no issues with customs. I did however have issues with Canada Post.... they're idiots! Try calling your local post office and give them your first and last name with your address to see if it has arrived. I had to do that on my first order. Second order I had similar issues but I did eventually receive a notice for my package. Canada post makes you sign for the package so they may be holding it at the post office.

Ya, when its gets past customs it turns over to Canada Post and thats seems to be where all the issues are.

My last order from ar-r , based on the tracking info. It said when it was picked up in the pick up city in the states, then it never updated for 3 weeks until I received the package. You can't put your faith in shipping companies especially when they're federally ran. Trust me I use to work for one way back in the day...... pure gong show.

For reasons that are not clear to me, my package sat there for a month and a half.

It was then shipped back to AR-R .

They refunded me everything but the shipping which was around $30.00.

I think that means it was sitting at a post office for 3 weeks somewhere near your house. When something sits that long, they will return to sender. Like I said one of my shipments was sitting at the post offive for over a week and I was never notified and the tracking said it wasn't even here. Oh well who knows.

U know I called the post office so many times asking them if I can pick it up. etc. and they kept saying that customs has not released it/
Then when it finally was, it went right back to the states.

arr dosent ship from canada, ive ordered twice and goten both times however it did go through customs. Canada customs are a bunch of ****in assholes. I ordered peptides once and they cut the bubblewrap open and put the vials back in half ass and they were sliding around in the box when i got them. Like fukn seriously how hard is it to put a piece of tape where you cut it. Fuk u canada customs!

my tracking looked like that then once cleared it will update tracking, customs could have messed up and maybe you will still be getting it. i never had an issue with order to canada from them.

customs can take a while somtimes. but it is a bit long now

Received latest order April 4th. Ordered March 18th. 17 days this time.

But i attribute the understandable delay to the enormous amount of orders that were placed during the crazy sale AR-R had. Im sure everyone who paced orders at that time had some type of delay.
