Started today at 20mcgs....

Just started my clen today at 20mcgs.Felt a little jittery & a little hot but not that much.Maybe the dose was to low but just wanted to start low & work my way up.I used ephedra for yrs so dont know if I should be feeling the same effect from clen.Well tomorrow I would up it to 40mcgs & see what happends.

You won't get the same 'buzz' you get with ephedra.

So I guess when I start upping the dosage I will get more of the sweats & jitters!!!!

You can take 20mcg for a couple of days until your body gets used to it. Or you can try 40mcg and see how it goes.

Okay...going to up it to 40mcgs & see what happends.The only problem I have is that I am living in the bathroom with all this water I am consuming!!!! LOL

haha...I use a gallon milk carton and keep that next to me at all times if possible.
