Stuff floating in my Liquidex

I got some liquidex from ar-r a couple months back, but I just started using it recently and noticed some shit floating in it. It's kinda like fabric or thread like when you roll it in your fingers. Is this normal or what?

I guess so, I don't think it's really white tho, more like blue.
