    sweet sweet clen

    so i started my first dose of clen today, woke up took it, and i did some swimming this morning. such a sweet taste. anyways, decided that i am going to have to dial down the cardio that i have been doing, either i need to cut it down time wise, or do the same amount of time with less intensity, because i swam 1000m and thought my heart was going to explode it was awesome.

    Ar-r 's clen is good stuff. It definitely will hinder your cardio somewhat.

    It works well. When I try to take notes in class I can't keep my hand steady so I seizure all over the page hHahahaha

    i find that sence clen is a broncul dialator that i breath mutch deeper and can do cardio longer cus im able to take in more air...once you get use to it you should find cardio much easyer....at least thats how it is for me...

    It raises your heart rate so as if you start your cardio after you already did some. So it definitely will hinder your cardio a bit.
