cant sleep on prami
I always take my dose at night becuase i was told to, and it does make me tired u can fall right asleep but then i wake up constantly throughout the night resltess.
anyway i can fix this i wanna keep taking it but its not worth losing sleep

nothin its from the prami nights i dont take it i sleep fine nights i do i wake up constantly

How long have you been on it? What dose? Did you up the does slowly?

I've read this problem on another board. He said he falls asleep from prami but then 4 hours later he wakes up and has to take more prami to fall asleep.

havnt taken it in awhile becuase i couldnt sleep but i kept with it for about 2 weeks worked up to .5, im gonna try what u say tooth and just take more if i wake up

Does the same to me mate. All i do to fix it it take it during the day. If i take it at night then i can't sleep longer than 2 hours without waking up.

Hey mr rose have u been on it long? how long before u felt any of its effects?

Almost 8 weeks now.
From day 1. But since i switched to taking it during the day i have no problems sleeping.
You got to build up slowly, take too large of a dose right of the bat and you will feel very sick and vomit.
