Lost Weight

I had to take 7 month of from the gym do to a finacial crisis...I also had to take 7 month off from eating. I lost 60 pounds and am looking for something to help me get back to 220. I can't afford to eat like I used to so I need to figure out a cheaper diet plan....so if anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thanks.
