I prefer liquid cia, but I think you may have to see for yourself which works best for you.

It probably depends on your body and the dosage. Cia should last longer than the other two chemicals...the effect is for up to about 36 hours The sildenafil doesn't seem to work for me at all. Sildenafil is only supposed to last about four hours. You may have to experiment with several unless you get what you need the first go round.
