How do you guys take your product?

Hey im just wondering how you guys use ar-r 's products I am currently using their letro and I just have some gatorade settle in my mouth and squirt it in and swallow. Is this fine? I read about some people squirting it under their toungue.

So it doesnt matter what I do as long as I swallow it I wasnt sure if i had to let it settle in my mouth or anything lol just being paranoid thanks

As long as u take it all ur fine

Put it into a small glass and make up a strong concentration of orange squash, neck it and then refil the glass woth water to make sure u get it all

I've never taken anything from them that tasted to bad honestly. Then again only tried liquidex, clen , and t3. None of which tasted bad IMO.

honestly when im using letro and currently im at full 1 ml dose whe ni swish some gatorade in my mouth I dont taste it at all the reason why im asking is because its so easy wasnt sure if it was ok to do i heard people holding it udner there toungue for absorption but i figured that would be pointless because its being ingested reguardless.

As long as the dosage you want gets down your throat then you are good to go.

Ar-r flavors their chems so it's not nearly as harsh tasting as it could be.

i dont find ar-rs chems to be so bad tasting that i need to chase them with anything...but then again i shoot whisky straight so nothing can be as harsh as that...but to your question you can mix/chase it whith whatever you want i believe as long as you swallow it...

The chems may not be the best tasting, but they work. I like to use OJ with them.

I haven't had a problem with my liquid stane. Tastes just fine. Well... it tastes like shit but it is better then feeling my new man boobs.

Just tried the Clomi last night for the first time. Got to say that is the worst tasting med I have ever taken. Gonna put it in water or juice to dilute it some and hope it goes down better tonight. Really...I am pretty used to bourbon and Clomi is just plain nasty. The other AR-R meds I have tried taste like candy in comparison.

Sure, that's what I did...my tongue went sort of numb and dinner tasted really strange. Gonna squirt it in a glass of water and "chug" it.

A half glass of water made the Clomi go down much better. Success.

Just swallow it down. Chase it with something if you must, but it shouldn't be that bad. If you are turning yourself into a human pin-cushion, on a weekly basis, swallowing a small amount of liquid shouldn't be that tough
