package delivered empty...

hi guys. i had used ar-r a few times and have always been impressed with the product and fast shipping even though i am in the uk. I just recieved my order yesterday but it arrived empty.

I know this isnt the way ar-r conduct their business and there was a wrap around the package to say the package had been damaged prior to entering the uk.

what should i do next? has this happened to anyone else?
