Does anyone know what email ar-r responds too? It's been a week since I've ordered and still nothing. No response to emails either. Not worried since I've ordered from them before but worried.

I ordered the other day and the tracking hadn't updated at all, and next thing you know... My package was at the door!

Ya, same here... This time around Its been 5 days and tracking just updated... guess they dropped the ball this weekend.

Could be just due to the fact that they had that big rollercoaster sale, so they may be a little slower with processing the goods due to a lot of orders
