In school of medicine, Clomiphene citrate is normally used to trigger ovulation. Clomiphene citrate also has a strong influence on the hypothalamohypophysial testicular axis. It stimulates the hypothalmus to release more gonadotropin so that a faster and higher release of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) occurs. This results in an elevated endogenous testosterone level. In most cases, Clomiphene Citrate can normalize the testosterone level and the spermatogenesis (sperm development) within 10- 14 days.

Liquid Tamox
Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex ) is a very useful and recommended compound which is confirmed by its widespread use and positive results.

Tamoxifen citrate is a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator) and belongs to the group of sex hormones as an anti-estrogen.

In this regard,tamoxifen is used for three purposes. The first purpose, is to reduce the effect of circulating estrogens even if Tamoxifen itself increase the circulating level of estrogens since they are not bound to the estrogen receptors. When abnormally high levels of estrogen are present, a reduction in water retention can be achieved using Tamoxifen. This prevents large fluctuations in water weight within the muscle.

Tamoxifen is also used to prevent estrogen related gynecomastia , resulting from elevated estrogenic levels. It can be taken as a preventative measure in small doses, or used at the onset of any symptoms e.g. nipple soreness/sensitivity. In the latter case, dosing reverses the affliction.

Quick recovery of natural levels of testosterone production is highly important for the maintenance of muscle tissue. This is not possible unless the hypothalamus and leydig cells sense a below baseline level of testosterone, due to natural negative feedback loops. Tamoxifen has also been shown to have liver protecting/regenerative properties in research.

Of all the pct's ive tried...nolva/clomid combo is the tried and true finest. Its funny I hear alot that nolva alone is fine , and im sure it works, but I always felt both together work best. Then I read a study/article done by Dr Scally that said the combo is in fact the most effective pct option.

I have the two liquids already, I was wondering what the dosing is on the nolva and clomid? On the ARR Dosing article those are left out.

Any help would be appreciated

If you like you can add a week or 2 of just tamox at 20mg/day to end of pct. I find this especially beneficial if running deca or tren as they are very suppressive ....

I have always done clomid at 100/50/50/50 and tamoxifen at 40/20/20/20. Why the 70/35/35/35 on the clomid? Easier dosing Im guessing?

Dosing but also sides. Ive found you can get the same benefit with the lower dose and since many have sides issues with clomid this protocol works well.
