Disclaimer problems

Is there any way you can make this disclaimer more smartphone friendly? It will not allow me to scroll down to accept or close the box. I do most of my research purchasing from my phone and can no longer do so.

Still not workin bro

When I try to scroll down in the disclaimer it scrolls down the whole web page instead. If there was an up/down slider (one of those that lets you scroll on a pc) or a way to select in the box I think that would work, but as it stands I still can't scroll down in the disclaimer box to accept.

What browser are you using, and are you requesting the desktop version? You should be receiving the mobile version, which is sized to fit the phone's screen.

I'd assume it's the mobile version because it perfectly sizes up on my screen, I just go to ar-r .com n it loads up. Don't see an option anywhere on the screen for mobile or desktop site.

My browser is the standard Internet browser that came with the phone

works great now looks alot different too.. I just tried it on my computer also and I'm pretty sure it was taking me to the full site before instead of the mobile. The only difference was on my phone I didn't have an "agree" button, but looks identical otherwise
