how to read oral syringe, plz hlp

ok so tamox 20mg per ml = fill syringe 2 times, tryin to hit 40mgs

clomid 35mg per ml= ???, i cant fiqure how to get 100mg unless i just fill 3 times which would be 105mg???

It comes out to be roughly 2.85 so do two whole mL's then pull up .8 or .9

so with nova i fill 2 full times to be 40mg, an i am doing this ed for 2 weeks then dropping to 20mg ed

and clomid i fill 2 full times and .8 ed for 1 week and then i suposeed to drop to 50 ed the rest of the cycle so 50 would be just over 1.5 maybe 1.6??
