Liquidex Gelp Please

Got my arr products today. I plan on taking. IV read that I should be taking .25mg eod. However I don't understand how this oral syringe works. Its a 1 ml=1 CC syringe. I'm unsure which line I should be filling it to.

OK...I'll help. AR-R 's Liquidex strength is 1mg per ml of the active ingredient. If you want to dose .25mg., you need to get 1/4ml. in the little dropper syringe and take it orally. So withdraw 1/4 of the full syringe each time. Does that help?

I've seen it thrown around a few times that liquids should be dosed 25% over for adequate dosing. Any input on that theory?

No. It says it is 1mg/1ml and I trust AR-R 's dosing so far. I have used a few of their products and haven't had any surprises.
