Just got UDCA from ARR. Can anyone tell me how much and how often to take?

That was a great article I see e says 1000 to 1200 mg a day. The problem is the ARR bottle does hot say what the dose is per pill. Do you know his?

It's 250mg/capsule.

That article is about orals. I don't do orals so I don't need that extreme of a dose. I dose mine at 500-1000 a week.
