Can I use letro on my cycle instead of exemestane? Maybe at a very low dose?

yes you can. I like it myself in studies, at a low dose.

try 0.25mg eod. or 0.6mg 2X a week. for most that would be optimal. adjust up or down if needed, but give a few weeks before judgeing. If nothing to say, then stick to the dose.
