I think he means because it comes in weird 35 mg/ml for the clomi (something like that) instead of one to one...

if i had to guess? i would say because it's a human oral syringe. yes you could use it for anything, but the fact is, that oral syringe was designed for human use.

depends. follow standard protocols...mg's will be the same only liquid - mg/ml.
