    Stats

    I'm 5 10. 190. About 18% fatty been out of the gym for 4 years just started back a few weeks ago. The products are for my rats so no need to worry about human consumption. No plans on starting it right away until diet and workouts are back up to par. Just trying to get an idea what to order.

    you lost 20lbs in 5 days? you were 210lbs in your profile 5 days ago?

    anyway, since you've been out of the gym for 4 years, i would concentrate on building up a solid muscle base. and also dialing in your diet to reduce bf would be a good idea. the higher the bf, the more likely you will experience sides.

    in the mean time. hit up the Nutrition forum for some advice on dieting and sample diets.

    mistake

    the 210 must of been a mistake. I was 202 got a nasty stomach flu for a week lost 10-12 pounds. Im Nasm certified i understand the workouts and diets I just want to start getting a an idea for things to come in the future. So when the times right everythings ready to go. thx
