GW-1516: BURN FAT and GAIN MUSCLE! Find out how!

What product is that? It’s called GW-501516, GW-1516 or GW for short. Over the past months research and feedback into this compound has been booming with positive results and demand has skyrocketed.

Ok so if you don’t already know what GW is you may be thinking “what’s so special about this compound, spill it already”. Well here is a little bit about GW and why I feel it will continue to grow in its research with no slowing down anytime soon.

GW affects the peroxisome proliferator receptor (PPR) in the body and is considered a compound in a class called peroxisome proliferator activated receptor modulators (PPARM’s). This is very important because PPAR’s effect many biological processes in the body.

GW has a wide variety of effects in the body such as cell energy metabolism, insulin secretion, fatty acid oxidation, and even affects muscle inflammation and damage (in a positive way). In energy metabolism GW was shown to improve mitochondrial morphology in palmitate treated b-cells and this showed to heighten the energy levels in research subjects.

This GW compound is an amazing compound to work with for many reasons, but the main one that is being talked about right now and that researchers are raving about is GW’s fat-loss enhancing abilities! GW shows these abilities on many different levels. It will not only higher the test subjects metabolism leading the way to enhanced fat-loss, but will also change the way the body handles fat in the blood and how insulin is released into the body. All these positive findings are what give GW its amazingly powerful fat-loss enhancing qualities. These findings have shown that GW may even be a possible future treatment for various diseases and is currently being looked at for treating diseases such as dyslipidemia and obesity.

GW has also been found to play a role in the development of some diseases like diabetes and obesity amongst many others. To me that mean’s the research of GW may also open doors to possible ways of treating some diseases never thought of before, it really is interesting and promising in this regard.

Aside from its well-known fat-loss enhancing qualities, GW has been shown to have many protective qualities as well. GW has been shown in research to have muscular protective and enhancing effects and this seems to be related to a decrease in muscle inflammation and damage. GW has also showed an increase in the muscular weight of the research subjects that were subjected to these tests.

GW has shown to elicit cardiovascular protection possibly due to its actions in decreasing insulin spikes as found in current research. This leads me to believe that the cardio protective actions found in GW in research subjects with obesity are not only related to the fat-loss enhancing qualities of GW itself but also its positive effects on insulin secretion and also its effects on dyslipidemia. GW shows its positive effects in dyslipidemia by preventing the down-regulation of AMPK that can be caused by high fat or subpar diets. GW does this by amplifying the PGC-1a-Lipin 1-PPAR pathway and this gives rise to increased fatty acid oxidation in the blood. To put it simply it can lower cholesterol levels in most settings of research and of course we know high cholesterol levels can negatively impact heart health.

With GW offering muscular protection and enhancement, along with obviously extreme abilities in enhancing fat-loss, I just don’t see GW research slowing down anytime soon and the feedback from researchers has been wonderful. I am happy to now have enough research data on GW-1516 to put this article together for you all, explaining the many known benefits to GW research. I hope that this opens the door to other researchers expanding the already well-established data on GW and finding new possible uses or explanations for its actions. This is an amazing compound and I hope that this article has shed some light onto GW’s amazing abilities and that the research continues to grow as it currently is!

I was just going to start a thread about this. My question to Ar-r or members of this forum is what is the most be beneficial way to dose this chemical for research purposes. My dog is at about 17% body fat, since he only feasts at night you could say he is doing an i.f., fast for 16 hrs. How will this affect his insulin sensitivity while using this chemical. I have him doing this fast to keep insulin in check so it spikes after he eats making his exercise time more anabolic . My goal for him is to be a lean 10-12% bf without muscle loss.

5mg ed seems the norm. I have seen up to 15mg on some boards but 5mg seems to do its thing.
Not sure on fasting I dont like fasting theory. a slin spike will come regardless with a sugar spike, fasting is not needed for this (just my op)

    More on Liquid GW1516

As many are aware GW1516 is one of the most exciting research chemicals currently available. We are proud to now be offering this compound for your research purposes. As always we will try to provide you with as much information possible to ensure the success of your research experiments.

The list of benefits attributed to this compound are quite impressive. It has been successfully used in research to improve such things as obesity, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, lipid profile (cholesterol), and cardiovascular disease as well as cardiovascular endurance. The studies referenced at the bottom of this article point out benefit after benefit in all of the above mentioned areas.

As with all research compounds there are direct and indirect side effects. The above mentioned things are all direct effects. GW is a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor modulator (PRAR Modulator). There are small incidences documented in a very small number of studies with PRAR Modulators with one indirect effect that may be prudent to address. Apparently there is a small increase in the likelihood of research subjects developing stomach polyps. While this is worth being aware of, the good news is in those very same studies it is documented that administration of a COX-2 inhibitor virtually eliminates this increased possibility.

That’s great news so what is a COX_2 Inhibitor? It is a type of NSAID, or NON Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drug. A prescription example of a COX-2 Inhibitor would be the drug Celecoxib. The problem with the administration of a prescription COX-2 Inhibitor is they also contain traditional NSAID effects and should not be frequently administered to research subjects due to a myriad of potential adverse side effects. So what’s so good about that news you may ask? Well there is another readily available, inexpensive COX-2 Inhibitor available OTC as a supplement. Tribulus terrestris is an effective COX-2 inhibitor that does not contain the additional forms of NSAIDS that would expose our research subjects to the previously mentioned potential adverse side effects.

To sum it up based on the information above and in the studies referenced below when researching with Liquid GW1516 the addition of the inexpensive supplement tribulus would probably be a prudent investment. Again we are very excited about offering the exceptional compound Liquid GW1516 for use in your research. We will continue to provide you with all the latest information to make your research as safe and successful as possible!

I agree there will be a slin spike regardless of fasting, this idea of keeping slin low for extended period of time
Will increase the bodies sensitivity to slin making its time in the blood stream more effective anabolically. In this time frame with slin super high in the blood stream and as long as you put in the work in the gym within this said time, you can really feast pwo and carbs will go straight to glycogen storage and not to fat storage. This has worked for me well, I use my glycogen stores during my fasting period, eat a pre wo meal high in alkalinity and feast pwo withnegative bf and good muscle growth( not outstanding muscle growth) but im done with bulking and cutting. Pretty much just a lean gain system.

Here is the log I maintained while taking.

    Roman's GW 501516 Log

I'm of a different opinion. I saw no real benefit, and lost strength and some size while on. to boot, it's fairly expensive on a monthly basis.

I've discussed this compound with others, and they are of the same opinion.

Sorry AR-R , I like the TB500, but the GW1516 falls way short of the mark
