Ordered from AR-R with ease got tracking number and arrived within days, excellent service and packaging was very impressive.

Me and the good lady decided to try PT141 because when I am on cycle she finds it hard to keep up with me.

Decided to start at 1mg each, within 20 mins had some flushing to the face and felt very hot, not unpleasant but red in the face. 4 hours onwards had uncontrollable erections what were very powerful.

My good lady had the same flushing and she felt good

The next day things are still good

Nothing overpowering but I think the next time around we will take 1.5mg each and see what happens

Another cool item is Tri-Mix if you ever really want to "kill it" so to speak. As long as you don't mind where you have to inject!.......

No sir. I've been happy w/ Cialis @ 5mg prophylactically and the occasional use of Bremelanotide.

A urologist colleague of mine has prescribed it a few times for some of his 60+ patients that didn't respond well to PDE5s. Worked well for them.

The doses being studied in studies for FDA approval are 1.25mg and 1.75mg by SQ injection. Point is I'd feel safe using up to 1.75mg without hesitation. The side effects first seen with pt-141 were from the intra-nasal preparations. Mainly high BP due to highly variable absorption.

Despite the fact that there isn't supposed to be a gender difference in dosing pt-141, I would start with 1.25mg or maybe a little less depending on the height/weight of your wife as the nausea is less common with lower doses as you pointed out. If it's the shot that's bothering her, you can always make an intranasal prep using an intranasal med bottle that opens (Astepro, Afrin, etc). But as I stated in an earlier thread, absorption can be highly variable this way and you risk emergent hypertension (I imagine you know all this already but I just wanted to be clear).

I haven't observed that effect - but I've only dosed three times and usually about 3 weeks apart. Any compound that mimicks or stimulates MSH production could cause a change in pigmentation (as you are well aware). There is also a correlation between estrogens, MSH and hyperpigmentation which has left me wondering if anabolic users may see some hyperpigmentation if E levels weren't kept in check.

I've read conflicting reports about whether Bremelanotide/PT-141 will cause changes in pigmentation (and that was its original intended application) or if its been modified solely for libido enhancing effects.

Maybe I should increase my dose frequency? Then I could avoid the sunless tanning sprays guys use for BB shows and get the added benefit of libido enhancement (I'm sure my wife will be thrilled at that prospect!)

Yes she's pretty small (5'3, 112lbs). I thought about the IN spray but I figured absorption variability may not achieve desired outcome. eHTN wasn't as much a concern with her weight, bf, and present health. She is taking an oral contraceptive which can contribute to higher BP which may be a factor to consider but her general health is good and she spends about 4-5 hours a week on cardio exercises (excluding "bedroom Olympics", lol)

Maybe I'll make her my next project. Dose her and then take some general health assessments.
