just a comment on my experience with pt-141 - bupkus. nada. zip. zero. nuthin'.

i tried a number of different times with increasing doses, ranging from .5 mg to 3.0 mg, with product from 2 different sources, including site sponsor.

felt the flushing and very slight nausea, but no increase in libido whatsoever.

disappointing, but what ya gonna do? not everyone responds (apparently).

Not tried it since but the effects lasted close to 2 days, increased sexual thoughts and same with the other half

will report back when I try 1.5mg

tried 1.5mg over the weekend, ergggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

had a hard on for 4 hours, it was that hard it was painful

sexual thoughts all the time even walking around the supermarket

its still rolling me over now, woooow this stuff is cool

my lady felt the same so excellent product and 1.5 mgs is the sweet spot for me

had some flushing but other than that all good

It was initially being investigated by intranasal ingestion at a much higher dose. Absorption was highly cause and as a result those with increased absorption experienced increased side effects such as dangerously high blood pressure. In fact, PT-141 is also being investigated for use in hypotensive shock bc of its effects on increasing blood pressure.

the effects up to 5-10mg were required to cause a desired effect with the nasal application with 50% not having any effect at all..

2mg this weekend for me and my lady - random erections and sexual thoughts all day and night, even had to have a release during the night

same with my lady sexual thoughts for around 2 days, always on her mind so good weekend was had......................

Got serious flushing though all over face and chest but only last 40 mins and then I was fine, some strange feelings in the head aswell but other than that all good

Its under pt141 on ar and the frequent erections lasted days not hours. Increases libido and desire its not like viagra though

Correct. If I remember correctly, it has a higher specificity for melanocortin receptors 2 and 4.

Toilet, it effects libido, NOT engorgement of the corpora cavernosa. It acts via the CNS, not peripherally like PDE5 antagonists. Completely different pathway and MOA.

So if I get the 10mg bottle, how much water do I add? I saw someone post 1 ml earlier and that seems pretty low.
