probably a stupid question but just so its clear all your pins/syringes would be sterile even though it doesn't say"sterile" correct?

I just assumed I was doing something wrong,without realising the different time zones.I have now been welcomed to the forum by a few members. I'm sorry if I came across a bit impatient.
