liquid cia heartburn

6'2" 225lbs 15% bf 24yrs old. Been using liquid cia everyday at 6mg a day but I think it is giving me heartburn. As soon as I stop the heartburn seems to go away. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I use anti-acids when it flares up but sometimes even that isnt enough.

Are you using an H2 antagonist? Have you tried a proton pump inhibitor? Do you take the C with or without food? What time of day?

lol proton pump inhibitor? I usually take it in the afternoon around 6pm and normally do not take it with food.

I have had heartburn also taking .3 ml which I think is 9mg if I remember correctly. I take an antacid when it happens but it doesn't happen all the time. Have you tried splitting the dose, possibly taking .1ml (3mg) when you wake and the other half 12 hours later?

Liquid did that to me but tablets don't. Try tablets or caps

Can you get tablets, caps from ar-r ? All I saw was the liquid when I was on there. I don't have a RX for it so getting it from the pharmacy at the dose I am taking doesn't seem very likely.

No they dont. Just take it with food problem solved.

I only get heartburn when I chase it with tomato sauce. Never again

No burn here! Twice daily intake.
