Does the injectable cyan increase appetite more than the methyl 5k drops?

I've nene using the methy for weeks (5k per day) in hopes of increasing appetite to no avail.

Im not sure re the answer to your ? but I just got their oral b12 and will be replacing injections with it so I will def notice whether or not there is a difference. Not everyone gets appetite increase with b12. Some people get the opposite as b12 helps the body more efficiently utilize carbs for energy. Anyway Im curious to see how my switch goes cause it would be nice to not have to pin so damn much.

I have yet to try the drops myself, but I have quite a few members in my fat loss thread that are loving it. I think I will give it a go as well.

    Can't have enough B12

My prescription calls for 1ml B12 per wk (I'm about 1mth in.) Is there any protocol for dosing? I was thinking of upping to 2ml per wk once AR-R carried it again.
