AR-R Order problem
Hey guys, so i placed my second order from AR-R . the first one was excellent no problem at all. i even left a positive feedback on here.
Now when i look at the tracking for my item it says: Your item is being processed by customs in KOREA REPUBLIC OF at 9:40 pm on November 18, 2013.
I am from Australia and last time i ordered it didn't go through KOREA.
So i contacted AR-R about the problem and they told me they cant do anything about it since it has left the US.
So what do i do guys?

I would say wait it out. Perhaps the shipping company (USPS i believe they use) routed the package through there so it has to go through customs there.

I've ordered things from overseas quite a bit over the years. I find, sometimes, items can get stuck in Customs for quite some time. I wouldn't panic just yet.
Also, many times, when going through other countries, tracking info sucks (to be blunt). So it may still be on the way.

Yeah priority mail doesnt work that way man. Even in the US shipped within the US. I ordered some shaving soap priority mail from Texas and it went through Michigan (Im in Pennsylvania). I was like what the heck??? All you can do is wait and keep an eye on tracking man but heck half the time I get my package before tracking is even updated with a delivery date. The USPS leaves a lot to be desired but it is def the best option out there.

absolutely ARR have no control over that. contact the shipper, that's all you can do.

you have to request to purchase insurance, its optional. don't give up yet, these things happen. but you need to contact the shipper.
