    Shorted items wtf

    I ordered from ar-r and did not receive all my products they sent everything except my darts now they want me to send them pics of what I received and a picture of the invoice what is this going to prove I could simply not add the product to my picture what a hassle I will not order from them again what bunch of crap
    They ripped me off for $12 they could have made a lot more money off of me very disappointed

    That's policy. We need that documentation.

    Why not just comply and get your products that are supposedly missing? We always send out the missing products.

    Why are they missing? It just seems funny to me that you need pics I'll take care of it but I am very reluctant and don't feel it's my job thanks for the response

    They are missing because we made a mistake. We are human and not perfect.

    Sorry it has taken so long to get back and say sorry to lion. I've just been busy, got my order the same week I made my complaint very fast delivery thanks again and sorry for the disrespect
