won't let me order

I tried to purchase some liquidex for my research and ship it to my po box in the states, and it said it cannot ship at this time due to there is no shipping method, and I need to enter one, but I already put the address in and the po box number and everything, I had a 10% code I was going to use with this Halloween sale , but now that this happened I'm pretty upset :/
