Cialis – Viagra on steroids

Everyone has heard of it. Everyone knows what it’s used for. Everyone knows how popular it is. In fact Cialis is rapidly becoming the most popular PDE5 inhibitor available.

So what is PDE5 and what does inhibiting it do? PDE5 is phosphodiesterase type 5. It is an enzyme that causes constriction of blood vessels. A PDE5 inhibitor like Cialis blocks this action is smooth muscle cells like those lining blood vessels. This causes dilation of those blood vessels and increase blood flow to the extremities. I have not researched the Cia, only the V. Have heard that the V gives a better quality not quantity result in the research subject....Any truth to that as I did notice that the organ was engorged with as much blood as it could possibly hold with the V?

Got a question......does your body adjust to a small daily dose over time causing you to need more? When I first started the small daily dose did wonders but now about a month and a half later does not seen to have the same effect......

5mg/day and also if you run t like that you will have the added sexual effects after about dosing it for 5 days or so.
If your going to use it single dose for sexual benefit and arent using it daily dose it at around 20mg.
