BSN Syntha 6

What do you recon ?

I've been using it for 6 months now and I've seen alot of changed over that period, so i would recommend it but what is better and taste okay at the same time ?

I didn't think it was horrible but i used it for about 1.5 years and saw results but then i used NitroTech Harcore and saw much better results in a much shorter time period.

never tried nitrotech hardcore.. Where you on the same diet for both ?

yeah. The only real difference i had was i need to have alot more Nitrotech Hardcore shakes during the day because it's not a protein that will keep your muscles going like Syntha 6 does, it's not an elapsed time protein shake, it wares off pretty quick, other than that, it's all good. I'd suggest NitroTech Harcore overall, but both are quite good in my opinion.
