    my supps, need advice!

    Supplements
    Morning Isoflex once in the morning on empty stomach

    Breakfast B-100 complex with time release+ vit. C 1 gram at breakfast

    Lunch Flax and omega3,6,9 fish oils with lunch

    PWO Hemo rush (prework-out,+ creatine mono 5-10 grams

    postWOrk out Isoflex

    night test freak( tribbulis/Zma/ anti-aromatase blend) taken at night with 10mg melatonin
    Age 23
    Weight 160lbs
    Location Canada
    cycles 0
    Working out for 8 years
    body fat, aprox. 12-15%
    arms 15 in.
    waist. 32 in
    max bench.3 reps 220
    sports played, lacrosse, beginner bodybuilding
    I apologize If I ask inapropriate Q's and for spelling mistakes.


    Can some People critique my plan, what is worthwhile keeping and ditching.....thanks

    In my opinion it sounds like you need to focus more on diet rather than the latest and greatest supplements. Head on over to the diet board and have talk with those guys they will help you out. To start though I would take a good multi-vitamin and some fish oil.

    nite test freak sounds good but i dont see the point in all that other stuff. You get more than enough vitamins and minerals from green veg and large varieties of fruit,nuts,seeds etc

    I'd stay away from Flax = Estrogen mimic (like Soy).
