my 1st cycle in over 5 years

Ive done a few cycles and only used novadex with it. about 5 or 6 years ago

This is what i have to workwith

2 bottles test enanthate 250mg/ml
2 bottle Nandrolone Decanoate 250mg/
2 bottles winny(in oil) 50mg/ml

I have the shopping cart ready to purchase these items
LiquiDex 30mL 1mg/mL
Liquid Tamox 50mL 20mg/mL
Liquid Clomi 70mL 35mg/mL

What is a good cycle to start off with. I plan on getting ripped.
What is the least amount i can use without just wasting it. and are the research CHEMS really necassary?

6 foot 6 195 lbs 30yrs old
and Ive got my diet goals posted on anouther forum.

pct and AI ARE necassery.
you need another 1-2 bottle of test if your goign to also run deca .\
its a good idea to run test 1-2 weekslonger then the deca and to have it higher then the deca is also usually a good idea.

cycle:
wk1-14 500mg teste ew
wk1-12 300mg deca ew
wk15-19 PCT
*AI on hand

i dont really like winny but if you want to through in some 20-40mg ed for 4-6weeks. personally i would not use shots just oral tab winny. because the injections are STILL liver toxic. its still methylated.
