Arimidex Effectiveness

I am running 500mg of Test Cyp weekly and started to notice water weight accumulation in the 4th week. Took my first 1mg dose of Adex yesterday and seem to already have some reduction in the bloat I was experiencing. I know that everyone's system and conditions are different. But, does it seem feasible to have a single dose act with that kind of speed and effectiveness?

I'd also like to know how many board members use a daily dose of Adex when on a cycle. In the past, I was instructed to take 1/2 mg every three days or so. However, I'm older now and the Test may be aromatizing at a more rapid rate...sure seems that way.

Would appreciate any thoughts from experienced users.

i used it in excess early in my trt/blast (test 300, deca 150) i think i was taking 1mg of arimidex ed yeh i know..way too much...but i did well gainwise (lost weight and fat and got stronger and more muscular)(libido might have ebbed a little/guessing e2 was quite low but no bloodwork to back it) but/and you did hit the nail on the head EVERYONE is different and yes..it may have helped that quick..
just thought i'd throw one example out there for you

100 mg! LOL....definitely sure, I couldn't afford that much.

Yeah one tab = 1mg so that'd be 100 tabs lol

Water weight fluctuates fast....Looking at competitions like the Olympia, all the top finishers can easily be switched around...The main cause for a bad placing is usually holding too much water, looking bloated and flat....The differences can change literally overnight...Someone can easily go from 3rd to 6th or 6th to 3rd...Shit, sometimes maybe even by the end of the day...

Anyways, what I'm getting at is that it is usually do to water weight. A lot of it also has to do with them carb loading, diuretics etc etc but it all comes down to who can control their water weight...

So yes, it can change that fast, but it could have been a combination of things along with the arimidex you took.
