GYNO comming back after surgury!

So heres the deal, Had gyno surgry back in March. Had it since puperty. AAS did not help with it lol
Now i just started Test 500mg per week.. Its been only about 2 weeks and i my nipples are puffy and i feel a lump! . So pist, ive been taking arimidex .5mg EOD.
What do i need this early in my cycle to help just destroy any further gyno
Letro? I figued arimidex would be enough.

wow mate! you are definately gyno prone. letro may work, but here's my concern. it seems that every time you cycle, you run the risk of gyno. and then having to take letro which also has some serious sides. short of permenantly cutting off your breast tissue (male masectomy) I don't know what to tell you.

I wonder if you can have a male masectomy and then still save the nipple?

Are you sure its actually gyno coming back and not scar tissue build up and bloat? Did you have pain and/or itching? Another tip: if it does not go away, surgeons typically offer a revision surgery for free or way less; as long as you dont mention aas.

Well i can still feel the scar tissue, I feel the gland in there and it feels larger from when i was off. My nips are extra sensative and they are puffy . Not 100% sure but sure seems like early stages of gyno , Just nervous as hell. Waited 6 years for surgery. Never took my shirt of at the beach. Ruined a lot of times for me . Just never want to see it again

My advice to you is to stop your cycle. Do a heavy pct that includes letro. Once your system in clear of AAS. Go back to your doctor and ask them to go back in and see what more they can do. If it is a male masectomy so be it. You'll be done with the gyno plus they should give you a permanent script for nolvadex or Clomid. If you do lose your nipples you can just get them tattooed on. This is what I'd do if I were in your situation. Good luck and keep us posted on which course of action you take.

With that serious gyno problems, you could also consider running some masterone in your cycle. It decreases the amount of estrogen, and at the same time gives good gains.
