I ran a cycle of tren & test but have been off it for 2 1/2 months now. I've been on androgel for about ten years due to a low T condition. I noticed my right breast was slightly swollen about two weeks ago and that I was retaining a little water, so I decided to take 20mg nolva & .25 arimidex witch has solved the problem. Is this somthing I'll have to always deal with or will it end for good after a few doses of arimidex and nolva?

I'm so glad somebody else knows about this issue. I've been on Androgel 1% for 5 years. I switch to 1.62 and within 2 days I got sore nipples and all the signs of high estrogen. I did the same thing as you by adding arimidex and tamox which cleared it up. I went to my endo and he swears there is no difference in the Androgels. However, I believe this stuff aromatizes big time. I'm backing off the adex and tamox but the sides are still there to some degree. However, my endo says the blood work is fine. It's a mystery to me!
After searching, you are the only other guy reporting this. I'm thinking of asking my doc if I can go back to 1%.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I haven't spoken to my doctor yet but if he tells me there is no problem I'll demand to be taken off it. I've come to the realization that I've been retaining water for years due to the androgel. Have you too noticed water retention in the past?

Yes. Mine comes and goes. Mostly I can see it in my ankles. Since I started liquidex and tamox, I can control it better. Must be something in the new formula that really kicks this up.

Here's a new mystery for you. I got my blood work back from when the nipple issues were at their peak and the estrogen total was 83 which is right in the middle of the range. Makes no sense!

bobtail, judging by the E level you just provided i'd guess you did not get a sensitive estrogen assay. Anything else is not specific to males and is of no use. It's unfortunate in TRT that more docs are not in tune to this aspect. Normally, those on agel do not need an AI, even though the aromatase enzyme lives in the skin, but there are exceptions to the rule.

If either of you use labcorp I can provide you with the correct codes for their sensitive panel. I take the codes with me every time I get blood work so they don't screw it up. Also, since you guys are on gels you should be monitoring your DHT levels. Gels are known to spike them up. Mine went through the roof at one time and I switched to injections. It came back in range within a month.

When it comes to running tren and test, hopefully you ran an AI during this time period. Elevated test levels in conjunction with a 19-Nor (progestin) can easily cause nipple problems via progesteronic/prolactin related issues. Controlling your E is crucial during this time period.

Anyway, head on over to the HRT forum. Plenty of guys there use agel and you guys would fit in nicely. There are also some great sticky threads that may help you self-educate and enhance your protocol as well as your knowledge! We all learn here everyday right!

I have been on testogel for 2 months, taking 10mg with 25mg Ostarine and the last week my body has really transformed. My sister even commented that I looked fat and she thought that I had increased my calories a lot, something I haven't done. My stomach seems to be actually fat, but for 1 week ago I had about 6%bodyfa.t It's actually really emberassing to change clothes in the gym. Can this be because of the testo? What should I do?

I'm the same way bro. If I take arimidex my stomach is flat but while I'm off it I'm very bloated.

So you don't think it's the Ostarine, or can it be that I produce a lot of estrogen?
So you think arimidex will solve my problem?
