GYNO Help Urgently ...
I am 24 and into 2nd week of my first cycle of Test E 400mg.
I had minor gyno from my teenage which never went.
Now I can feel my nipples a little sensitive and think its coming back.
I was thinking of taking Arimidix 0.25mg every day throughout my cycle.
Will this help?
My bloodworks pre cycle for estrogen was 79 (40-160).

Your body is producing far more estrogen that it's used to due to the exogenous test. You need to study up more before you start self-medicating and be prepared. Listen to MI above. You're in good hands. If you don't have an AI it can be purchased at the site sponsor.

Plan is taking 400mg Test E Every Week for 10 Weeks, then 14 days after last injection Start PCT with Nolva Clomid and HCG
So what should I do for now take 0.25 Arimidix Every Day

Sorry for the ignorance here... So your saying run the HCG and the AI during the whole cycle?? And then would you stop both of those after last jab and wait two weeks and then start the nolva n clomid??
thanks for your info and clerificaton

Wait until you start the PCT to stop the AI and HCG
