    AI before start of Cycle!

    Just wanted to know if anyone could give me some advice. starting first cycle and I'm unsure if I should start an AI two weeks before first pin. Or is it not even worth it.

    If I have oral adex, do I take this at a certain time every other day, or does it matter?
