Need a bit of advice on dosing this. It is 30mg/ml so I've seen .5 a day is common dose for pump and Ed. Should I load 1ml day one then go to .5?? I just don't know what is considered correct.

Go with 6mg pre-workout. That's 0.2 on the oral syringe.

Thanks IB. Is there a best time to take it for sex? Meaning a few hrs before or .2 everyday before work out and I should be gtg? Also is there anything that weakens its effects? AI, other supps.. Alcohol?
