gyno on the side of my chest?

Hey Gang-

Can you get gyno on the side of your chest. I have what appears to be a lump on my side, about nipple level. I notice it when I raise my arms up above my head. It's def different than my other side. Can it show up there??

Also, should I increase my Arimidex or wait until I'm off my cycle?

I highly doubt that bud considering gyno is the build up of fatty tissue in the gland under your nipple. Is this lump on your pec? Or ribs? Could be a cyst a muscle Injury. Pain related ?

Depending where it is, I have had trouble with lymph nodes on side chest under arm area. They went away, but really bothersome.

Probably a lymph node. However, the cause of a swollen lymph node could be several things.
