    Ostarine cutting log

    This log will be for my cut using Ostarine as the single agent. My previous post was when I used Osta for a bulking cycle and I got a good amount of permanent weight in the 4 weeks. I generally like the stuff a lot!
    The diet is CKD and have been on it for 2 months solid. DC style training.
    Current specs:
    Weight: 202#
    BFP: Who the hell knows? I can see my top 2 abs so that's all I'm going by right now. The mirror is the best guide. I'll post up a picture shortly.
    I will be running Ostarine starting at 10mg and going up 5mg weekly to 25mg. I don't really have a set end date in mind. Seems like most folks like to run it for 8 weeks plus.
    I'm running nothing but Osta just to see if this stuff works stand-alone.

    Quick update
    Went up to 20mg this week. I haven't noticed much except my eating is not that great and I'm getting a bit leaner anyway.
    No sides. No noticeable strength gains but, as I recall, it took 2-3 weeks before that kicked in. Sex drive is up a good bit.

    Week 2 and the weights are feeling light. That's a sign that it's kicking in. In the past, I've gotten more strength than size out of this stuff. I will be adding it to any future meet prep for sure!
    Added 100mcg of CJC-1295 w/o DAC and 200mcg GHRP-2 before bed. I never tried it long enough to see any difference but it helps with sleep and I had some so there you go.

    Nice stack I plan on trying this one soon. So just the once daily per bed dose of ghrp-2 and mod grf (1-29)? Will be following

    Haven't check in for awhile. Here's the latest:
    Week 3 on 20mg Osta
    Weight is holding steady at around 200# with a very noticeable increase in definition.
    Arms have gone up a total of 1/2" while the waist size has dropped a full 1" since starting.
    Strength increased about 10# on BP after week 2. Overall strength is up significantly.
    From previous experience and this cycle, Osta causes a good increase in strength and mass seems to improve or at the least stay on better. The leaness increase is due to diet but I'm holding on to muscle much better.
    The GHRP stack has the most effect on my skin texture where it becomes much smoother within the first week. It also seems to aid recovery as I feel ready to lift the day after a heavy session rather than being worn out. I would say no significant contribution in mass from the GHRP but definitely anti-aging/recovery factors.
    No side effects at all so far.
    The GHRP stack is taken 5 days on, 2 days off (the weekend) just in case.
    This cycle will last 6 weeks ala DC protocol. Starting on the 4th week!

    Final update: Starting a new job so I'm cutting this's off at 4 weeks.
    1" loss in waist
    1/2" gain in arms
    4# weight loss

    200mcg ghrp-2, cjc-1295 wo dac - 5on,2off
