    Recomp 6 Week Ostarine Log

    Weight 82KG
    Before Photos: I’ll include them at the end of the 6 weeks.
    BF: Last measured at 12%, I think the machine was talking shit. Around 15% on the home clamps. Really want to get a BODPOD in when possible.
    Maintenance Macros 2200CAL , 170PRO, 280CARB 60FAT

    Cardio/active rest at maintenance, Weights/training at 2470 to 2600 179PRO,309CARB, 54FAT
    Aim: Really aiming for a Recomp, will let weight creep up the high 80’s if need be, then do a cut on the next cycle.
    Dosage 12.5MG every day for 6 weeks, No PCT planned as of yet

    Bloods done, don’t have them on me

    Week 1) Pretty standard week, tastes like orange essence mixed with cough syrup), felt like I had more energy than normal. I usually fasted train but had a small breakfast with the GF that morning.
    Friday just had a decent long cycle. No difference. No KOM’s 143PRO,325CARB,80FAT

    Saturday was supposed to have crossfit, stayed in bed with the GF, last sleep-in with her for a few weeks as I’m back at work. Had lots of goodbye nookie. Snuck in a 1hr shoulder session that afternoon. Didn’t feel too different. 115PRO,317CARB,52FAT

    Sunday I had a sprint triathlon (500m/20k/5k) and felt really good, normally the run section you get very very tired, but I finished a lot stronger than I would normally. Very sore for the rest of the day, but on the Monday I had recovered really quickly. Burnt 2080 on the heart rate monitor. Needed a hard replenish to get back. 233PRO,341CARB, 81FAT

    Monday had crossfit, felt like I didn’t have enough weight on the bar for front squats. 204PRO,339CARB,80FAT

    On Tuesday flew back to work. Cant exercise on the plane. Took the 12.5mg with the breakfast in the morning. (95PRO,169CARB,45FAT)

    Wednesday started twice a day weights routine, to make the most of the 10 hour days (instead of 12) and the most of the quick recovery. 225PRO, 322CARB, 81FAT Up 2kg to 84. That snuck up quick…..

    Thursday had legs, felt pretty good, didn’t get fatigued. Been sleeping great, its very hot up here (40degrees most days) and normally I sleep like shit. No signs of suppression as of yet, I have a low libido in general, orgasms seem pretty small, still can get quite firm though. Still have lots of morning wood. 171PRO, 297CARB, 53FAT

    Friday had shoulders/bi’s/lat’s, had really good vascularity. Really enjoyed the pump on the bi’s (185PRO,331CARB,48FAT)

    Saturday Had a core based (2) Session(s), weighed in at 86kg…. Must be getting really bad water retention? I haven’t been eating too much over the correct amount? Need to keep an eye on it. At over that afternoon on the secon session to around 2800CALS, was effin’ starving! (197PRO,393CARB,68FAT)

    Sunday (RDO) went for an hour cycle in the morning before it got too hot, then did 35min on the elliptical. Strava and the elliptical came to a total on 500 only, it was bloody hot though, could have been more? Did grocery shopping that day, bought a tub of the new coles peanut butter icecream. Just demolished it. Its like an orgasm in a tub. Threw my macros way over again (doubled my normal fat intake) and came out even with the cardio I did. Snuck in another 25 on the elliptical to bring my total added cardio to 800cals burnt. Total eaten 2951 (178PRO,276CARB,117FAT)

    Monday had a great morning legs/core. Overhead squats up another 5kg to 45k x 10rep x 6 sets. Felt like I could easy go another 5’er, one legged dumbbell rows, up another 2.5kg, felt I could of kept going with that too. Down to 84kg again. Even after I pigged out Sunday. Must have been the water retention? Afternoon session went great, up another 5kg on front plate raise, and up another 5kg on goblet squats. I do notice, I seem to be sweating quite a lot, is anyone else having the same issue?
    Felt like I had a hair pulled out of my scrotum when I took my jocks off to have a shower. Freaking out a little. Surely I couldn’t start getting suppression so early on in the piece, on such a low dosage. 54FAT 308CARB 169PRO

    Tuesday morning is just a quick crossfit 45min workout, tyre flips, burpees, shuttle runs and box jumps. Noticing my legs have quite a lot more width that I remember last time I ran? Had chat on the phone with mrs last night, had an argument. I’m viewing a lot in a negative light of late. 69FAT 274CARB 179PRO

    Wednesday morning chest, did the drop sets over 6, never done 6 sets of bench press before with the pushup superset…. Struggled a bit. Up to 85kg again. Didn’t sweat much at all, felt like my strength badly tapered off after the 4th set on nearly every exercize. Wednesday afternoon triceps went strong, finished on a positive note. Didn’t sweat as much. Its been 8 degrees cooler this week. Took a little while to get to sleep. 55FAT 293CARB 195PRO

    Thursday Night Mountain bike ride, Felt really really good. Ran out of time after an hour and a half, had plenty more energy. 50FAT 241CARB 137PRO

    Friday legs morning, up another 5kg on leg press, squats where on fire, didn’t go up, but powered through every set. Sat at 85kg again. Friday legs night I was pressed for time, wanting to call the mrs up that night. Deads were up to 110kg 6 sets. Didn’t really power through though. 59FAT 308CARB 191PRO
