There's a lot of new stuff out there since I was here last and I need to catch up on all the sarms and new age supplements that are available. Didn't there used to be educational threads posted at the top of each section? Am I missing something or is it jump in and read people's cycles and piece it all together? Seems very unscientific and chaotic if that's the case. If anyone can point me in the right direction for information for an athlete training with severe injuries and some joint problems so I can educate myself I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
