Would a ai like nolva arimidex or clomid help iv pretty much assumed that it wouldn't ...mostly because iv had it for a long time and been reading that the only real way to get rid of it is surgery ...not enough cash for that ...any info would b helpful

You could try using raloxiefene at 60mg ed for a week then 20mg a week until it reverses or starts to go down to your liking. No guarantee though.

Ralox has had the been results out of all of the SERMs studied to date. Arimidex is an AI and Nolva and Clom are SERMs though. I would try a Ralox regimen if I were you, especially since you do not have many other options.
