Need Ostarine advice

Hey,

Im new to all this and was looking to try Ostarine for 8 weeks at 25mg ED along with Armidex 0.25mg EOD. For PCT I was going to run Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 ED.

Ive heard Osatarine can cause quite severe headaches so was wondering if anyone knew of anything to stop or alleviate that?

Looking for advice on the cycle ive proposed and if anyones done it themselves or thinks I should add or take something away, please tell me. Would love to hear your advice.

*Im 6'3 and currently 88kg and have been working out for just over a year and am eating like an animal.

You don't need AIs and SERMS with Ostarine. Might do more harm than good. Just run it alone.
I've run 20mg/day for a year or so and blood work was perfectly normal.
I think your going to be a bit disappointed, though.

Ive used lgd for one week and gains are steroidlike without water. And just 10 mg

so you would just run it by itself? then obviously PCT after your done?

What sort of gains have you made at 20mg ED?

You have only been lifting for a year and you are only 20yrs old.
You really shouldn't be taking any AAS, SARM, SERM, or peptide.
Give natty more time.

I wasn't impressed with OSTA. I don't think you need an AI during its use. I would however do a PCT as planned.
